Building Stronger Futures Through Training and Workforce Development

At ICLD Group, we believe that strong communities are built through opportunity, leadership, and access to meaningful training programs that support long-term growth.

The ICLD Craftworker Program reflects the importance of creating pathways into employment, skills development, and community capacity building across British Columbia. With support from leaders including Premier David Eby, initiatives that invest in workforce readiness and skilled trades continue to create positive impacts for Indigenous communities and future generations.

As an Indigenous-owned organization, ICLD works alongside communities to deliver programs focused on employment readiness, workforce development, leadership, cultural awareness, and community empowerment. Through community-driven learning and practical training opportunities, we continue to support individuals in building confidence, gaining valuable skills, and achieving their vision for success.

We are proud to be part of conversations and partnerships that strengthen economic development, reconciliation, and sustainable opportunities throughout the province.
