The Cultural Competency workshop series can be taken as stand-alone courses or as a package designed to educate your organization on key topics related to reconciliation. 

ICLD employs an Indigenous perspective to our workshop delivery that provides an academic and experiential understand of the topics that are covered. We believe in relationship building and the value of a “live” workshop format that allows for a high degree of interaction between the facilitator and participants. By the end of the workshops, participants will have gained a greater understanding of Indigenous culture, history, traditions and the legislative and regulatory framework that shape Indigenous relations.
