Aroon has a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. In addition to counselling services, he provides consultations to organizations on human factors such as conflict resolution, team building, and change management. He was Program Director for the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) at Air Canada, and worked in the airline industry for 20 years, providing counselling services to the employees and their family members.
He has developed and implemented workshops on dealing with layoffs, dealing with change as well as merger issues. He presented a paper on “Human Factors during Mergers and Acquisition’ at Global Symposium in Geneva. He has also responded to critical events at TWA, Swissair, Alaska Airlines, and Canadian Airlines.
Aroon plays a pivotal role with ICLD in development and delivering of workshops relating grief and loss, team building, negation and much more.
