Gary is a proud member of the Squamish Nation in BC. He is a professional tourism instructor and has been with the Canadian Tourism College for 25 years. As a highly sought after instructor with expert knowledge in tourism, culture and language, Gary has also worked with the Native Education College and Capilano University for many years.
Gary has brought his knowledge to ICLD and has been instrumental in designing curriculum which is true and authentic to the Indigenous world view.
Gary sits as a Director on the First Peoples Cultural Council, a position he’s held since 2010.
